  • Brad Zander

    CHAIR

    Brad Zander is a lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience advising boards of directors and management on corporate governance matters. Brad currently serves as Chair of Centreventure, Winnipeg’s downtown development corporation. He previously served on the Board of Governors of Brandon University and the Board of Directors of Manitoba’s Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority. He was an advisor on Scott Gillingham’s successful 2022 civic election campaign and a member of the then Mayor-elect’s transition team. Brad is President of the Armstrong’s Point Neighbourhood Association and is a member of West Broadway’s Place of Pride capital campaign committee. He is Manitoba’s elected representative on the national constitution committee of the Conservative Party of Canada and serves on the executive committee of the Conservative Party of Canada’s Brandon-Souris electoral district association.

  • Clayton Canart

    MEMBER

    Clayton Canart is Reeve of the Rural Municipality of Wallace-Woodworth. Clayton has called Elkhorn home his entire life, except for the few years he and his wife, Paula, spent in Saskatoon while she finished her education. Prior to becoming Reeve, Clayton served as councillor and has been actively involved in all aspects of the municipality and community at large, including the Wallace District Fireboard, Southeast Municipal Healthcare Corporation, Bosshill Creek Wildlife Club, and the Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce. Clayton is currently the President of the Progressive Conservative Riding Mountain Constituency Association.

  • Juanita DeSouza-Huletey

    MEMBER

    Juanita DeSouza-Huletey is a seasoned Information Technology and Project Management professional with over 30 years of experience in Canada, originally from Ghana. She has held numerous leadership positions, including Head of IT at the Winnipeg Police Service, and is currently the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Solutions International (DSI). She serves on the Board of Governors at the University of Manitoba and facilitates workshops in leadership, change management, project management, board governance, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).

    Juanita has participated in political campaigns at municipal, provincial, and federal levels, and is currently the Secretary of the PC Executive Board of Manitoba. As a member of the Association of Black Conservatives, she represented the group at a round table discussion with Hon. Pierre Poilievre. Dedicated to empowering immigrants, women, and girls in STEM, Juanita also volunteers on various executive and advisory boards.

  • Alan McLauchlan

    MEMBER

    Alan McLauchlan has called Northern Manitoba home for more than half a century, firmly believing in the region's untapped potential. In 2010 Alan was elected Mayor of The Pas and served in that position until 2014. With a background in policing and security, along with experience in college-level education, he also manages two home-based businesses. Alan is deeply committed to community service, having served on the executive boards of over 20 volunteer organizations in the last two decades. He resides with his wife Johanna north of The Pas, where they cherish lakeside living and spending time with their five grandchildren. Alan was the Progressive Conservative Party’s candidate for The Pas-Kameesak in the 2023 General Election.

  • Michael Radcliffe

    MEMBER

    Michael Radcliffe is a retired lawyer who served as the member of the Legislative Assembly for River Heights from 1995 to 1999. He was also a cabinet minister in the government of Premier Gary Filmon from 1997 to 1999, serving as Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, and later as Minister of Labour. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Misericordia Health Centre and resides in Winnipeg with his wife Linda.

  • Lauren Stone

    MEMBER

    Lauren was elected as the MLA for Midland in October 2023. She lives in La Salle with her husband Matt, and two children. Lauren has vast experience in business and the private sector. Prior to running for elected office, she devoted her career to the agri-food and manufacturing sectors. She worked for Cargill and the Manitoba Beef Producers, prior to starting her own consulting company advancing investment and economic development across Manitoba. She is active in her community, where she has been a volunteer coach and on the local daycare board. Lauren has been involved with the PC Party of Manitoba for almost 2 decades, undertaking leadership roles in campaigns and constituency boards. She is proud to be part of the PC Team, and excited for the future of our party. Lauren is committed to advancing economic growth, safe and vibrant communities, and opportunities for the next generation of Manitobans to thrive.

  • Navroop Warraich

    MEMBER

    Dr. Navroop Warraich is a lifelong Winnipegger and a graduate of the University of Manitoba and New England College of Optometry. In 2022, she was a candidate for the Progressive Conservative Party nomination in the Fort Whyte constituency. Dr. Warraich is currently a member of the party’s provincial Board of Directors.
