Kathleen Cook

Roblin

After graduating from the University of Winnipeg with a degree in political science and completing the Manitoba Legislative Assembly Internship Program in 2006, Kathleen jumped into politics and has served as a senior policy analyst, project manager, and special advisor at both the provincial and municipal levels.

Most recently, Kathleen represented and advocated for nearly 10,000 small and medium-sized businesses across four provinces and territories through her role as Provincial Director of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.

A wife, mother, and community volunteer, Kathleen is passionate about the people, local businesses, and community organizations that make their home in the Roblin constituency. Charleswood is where Kathleen, her husband Jared, and their four children chose to put down roots nearly a decade ago. It’s a community she’s been actively engaged in serving as a board member and volunteer coordinator at Roblin Park Community Centre and as a Guider with Girl Guides of Canada.

Kathleen is committed to economic growth, safer streets, and access to health care for the people of Charleswood and Headingley.
